It features On’s signature CloudTec technology, providing soft landings and explosive take-offs. The shoe is ideal for HIIT sessions, strength training, and short runs, making it a perfect companion for fitness enthusiasts who engage in a variety of activities.

 Innovative Speedboard & Flexibility

The Cloud X 4 includes a reworked Speedboard that enhances forefoot flexibility, making it suitable for dynamic movements like burpees and jump rope exercises. The shoe’s Helion superfoam midsole offers a softer and more cushioned feel underfoot, while the X-shaped Speedboard supports agility and responsiveness during workouts. Its ultra-flexible design allows for smooth transitions between different exercises.

 Comfort & Breathability

The Cloud X 4 features an updated upper with extra padding in the heel and a midfoot cage for added stability and comfort. The star lacing system ensures a secure fit, while the breathable mesh upper provides excellent airflow, keeping feet cool and fresh during intense sessions. Weighing approximately 268g, the shoe is lightweight and disappears on the foot, making it perfect for both training and casual wear.
