When buying your J-Mount it comes along with a quality guarantee to ensure no defective j-mounts are sold. This warranty only involves defects and usage problems caused directly by J-mount and serves as a guaranteed that the product is of quality and wont break on its own or degrade for no reason. Thus if your mount breaks due to negligence like a crash we can not be held accountable and therefore it does not fall under the warranty.
