Fitment of the mount is very simple and uses a basic handle bar clamp to secure it.
The J-Mount Garmin Etrex Double is a rubber and rigid base combination bar mount for the Etrex 10, etrex 20 and etrex 30 GPS, a GPS mount perfect for extreme enduro like the roof of Africa ,Romaniacs and so much more.
We also moved away from the traditional Silicone composition of the original mount to a patented combination of TPE and Polypropylene. We keep the vibration dampening characteristics of the Original but just in a much Lighter Composition.
This might reduce the indestructible nature of the Original J-Mount but we believe that the racing snakes will like the weight savings much more, like the best in the world.
Mounting is via the more traditional clam shell design which makes it more versatile for mounting on almost anything.
Like all of our products this one went through quite a bit of testing – 2500km on a mountain bike via the Great Divide and on MOAB’s toughest single tracks, Lesotho and Transkei on dirt bikes and some super fast laps on the MX track – just to make sure.

This warranty only involves defects and usage problems caused directly by J-mount and serves as a guaranteed that the product is of quality and wont break on its own or degrade for no reason. Thus if your mount breaks due to negligence like a crash we can not be held accountable and therefore it does not fall under the warranty.
