How Bright is the light?

  • The integrated light features three brightness settings (low, medium, and high) to match your shooting conditions – from subtle fill lighting for close-up shots to powerful illumination for darker environments. The light is designed to provide consistent, camera-optimized lighting that enhances your footage without overwhelming your subject. Attach the diffuser to ensure even, natural-looking light that enhances your footage without harsh shadows or hotspots.

Does the light drain the battery quickly?

  • The light is engineered for efficiency, and you can use it strategically to extend shooting time. When used at the highest quality video setting, 4K60, Lit HERO’s runtime is typically over 100 minutes with the light off, based on our testing in controlled environments. When the camera is used at the same setting with the light on High, the runtime of Lit HERO is over 75 minutes.
